To ensure a customized learning experience, we'll ask for your name, age (optional), desired language, current skill level, native language, learning goals (conversation, travel, business, school, grammar, pronunciation, reading/writing), prior language study, topics of interest, preferred session length, and any specific practice requests.

Rescheduling and cancellation policy
Need to change your session? Just send a message as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to help you reschedule. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session will receive a full refund.
